Jeeves Consumer Services — Claim is not processed after two months | |
I claimed protection plan of "redmi k20 pro" on 12th june, on 13th june it was picked up by them. I was assure that my phone (Blackout of screen and proximity sensor) will be repaired in 10 to 15 business days as per your policy. I kept calling in that 10 to 15 days for updates but not received any proper response from them. Every customer care executive told me to wait for 2 days or 48 hours On 7th of july i received a call and asked to pay 1500 inr processing fees and for my id proof and invoice that was not there in earlier mail. I agreed for that also, you told me that a payment link will be generated and will be sent to me by mail but not received till date. After one month they are saying aadhar card is not valid please provide new documents. But in mail there are asking for aadhar card as id proof. I Was this information helpful? | |
