[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Delay in TV refund | |
Hello, Pathetic service and Fake promises from Jeeves. No action even after 1 month of complaint. I launched complaint on 28th March after that Jeeves took my tv unit for repair after some days they respond that they are not able to repair and told me they will refund but till now no action has taken. More than 35 emails. More than 20 calls still no action. Flipkart and Jeeves are doing fraud with everyone. Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 1, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Refund provided Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 25, 2021 Updated by Prabodh14 I got email on 18th April that you will get information related to refund. Now they are saying due to logistic constrain unable to provide service. I am unbale to understand what is logistic constrain for transfer money to my account. Just making silly excuse and avoiding action. Going to launch complain against them in consumer forum.
