Jeeves Consumer Services — Delayed Refund | |
I raised a complaint that my TV got spoiled, technical person came and said that it can't be repaired instead Jeeves will refund you some amount but not full amount. Then, I said OK and they sent someone to pickup my TV, later they acknowledged that TV has been picked up and refund will be given in 8days. Now it is 3 months and always they say 'some issue is there we will resolve it and refund your amount.' Initially they kept asking me invoice copy, which I sent many times. Again, some other support guy will ask invoice and I submitted invoice. In this way they delayed 2 months. Later, once the TV was picked up, they started asking me bank details. Again same technique they used to delay things by asking me to submit bank details multiple times. Now, they say we need 3 days, we need 5 days and just delay the process. All they send is a email template. It is a fraud company, I would like to complain on Flipkart as well because they are also not involving in resolving customer issues, plus they are still allowing Jeeves in their application. When we call Flipkart they are not ready to take responsibility on Jevves related complaints. Was this information helpful? | |
