Jeeves Consumer Services — delay/negligence of allotted services | |||
I have bought a mi led tv 4a pro from flipkart.com and it was delivered within the expected date on 17.05.2019 (Friday). The installation and demo services was allotted to jeeves consumer services pvt ltd and scheduled to be done within 19.05.2019 (Sunday). I recieved a call from jeeves asansol office on 18.05.2019 and they appointed an service person named sintu but when i called him, he told he wouldn't be able to do it on 18.05.2019. Hence i called back jeeves office and they told to appoint another person which was never done. Next day ie on 19.05.2019 i called them again and they gave me some false excuses and by afternoon they admitted that they are going to do the installation on next day ie 20.05.2019. On the following day ie 20.05.2019 i called them again and they appointed another person named rajesh das for the installation and when i called rajesh he told me that some other person would visit amd call me for the same (Which was a false excuse). Today is 21.05.2019 (Tuesday) and when i called them they are giving the same false excuses as every other day. It's already 4 days since the tv was delivered and the installation is still not done by jeeves and they are the worst service company i ever came across. Was this information helpful? | |||
