Hi Jeeves I complaint last 56 days[protected] back issue regarding with my mi 43 led tv. My mi tv is not working, so many times I called Jeeves customer service number[protected], any time customer care executives are telling just 7 days ur complaint will be resolved but till date my issue was not resolved. Last 6days[protected] back my extended warranty is expired. Yesterday I received a mail from Jeeves We are sorry to inform you that your plan is expired. As per the terms and conditions, we will not be able to provide a service for your product. I complaint[protected] days back that time my mi tv is under warranty period. Ur executive telling just 7 days but Jeeves not resolved my issue till date. What Jeeves thinks customers are fools. 56 days back I complaint Jeeves, till date my issue was not resolved. Just 6 days back my extended warranty is expired. Last 50 days my tv is under warranty period. That time Jeeves is sleeping mode. Last 6 days back my extended warranty is expired Jeeves immediately wakeup and start telling ur plan is expired so cannot provide service. Was this information helpful? | |||
