Jeeves Consumer Services — extended warranty - non handling of complaints | |||
I bought vu television from online flipcart where extended warranty of 3 years from jeeves consumers services pvt ltd. I made required payments as well in oct-2017. Now i am facing issue in switching on tv from 29-aug-2020. Immediately i contacted jeeves and made complaint for the same on 30-aug-2020. The requirement information i. E. Flipcart invoice & extended warranty details were also submitted through email. I tried to followup over phone or email to address my complaint but the complaint is not yet addressed as of now. Inn ideal situation their tat is 48 hours. But it has now 18 days but resolution not done. I have made numerous escalations but there was no convincing reply received from jeeves. There is standard mail which received immediately after my emails. I have got 2 calls as well in this regards from jeeves. I have explained the problem and need to address this urgently but now further action has been taken. I am now helpless to resolve this issue as i cannot go out for repair as this will break the warranty and jeeves is also not responding. This is like mental harassment where i feel i am being cheated by jeeves. In made complaint on Dear team My vu tv is not getting switched on. It was working properly before 3 months post that we went to our native and came back yesterday. Now tv is not getting on. There is no damage or any other issue in the same. Please attend this complaint on priority. Attaching flipcart invoice copy and jeeves extended warranty in oct-2017 for three years. Was this information helpful? | |||
