Jeeves Consumer Services — Extended warranty not being provided

I purchased a vu television in october 2018, from flipkart. The installation was done by guys from jeeves.

At the time of installation they suggested to me of their extended warranty service for 2 additional years and i paid them immediately, for which i received an online invoice.

The television started having some problems in start of may, since there was a nationwide lockdown they said that they will be able to work on the issue after lockdown is lifted. Which i agreed to as i understood that this is practical and waited.

Now they are coming up with all kind of excuses that the numbers don't match on the invoice etc. I have no clue about what's happening since the product invoice was provided by flipkart and warranty invoice was provided by jeeves. If there is a mismatch then it is their fault which i am not aware of.

I have read numerous issues online where they haven't been providing appropriate resolution to customers which makes me believe that this is a planned way of how they work.
