Extended warranty plan jppoffk203528 On 22nd july, i registered a repair complaint call no: jokh[protected]. On 24th july, mobile was collected by blue dart awb: [protected]. On 2nd august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive regarding the status. I was told, mobile is under observation. On 7th august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive (Vikas) regarding the status. I was told, i will get 80% refund of the mobile purchase price (22, 999/-), since they are unable to get the faulty part and fix the issue with the mobile. So he told me to email my bank account details & other details for the refund process and it will take around 3 days to get the refund.. On 9th august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive (Vikas) regarding the status. I was told, that the concern team will communicate back regarding the issue and it will be resolved soon. On 10th august, i raised escalation i got reply within 72hrs my issued will be resolved and the responsible team will communicate to me. On 14th august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive regarding the status. I was assured that my monday 19th august the refund will be processed. On 17th august, i again raised complaint regarding refund to escalations. I was again replied back within 72hrs my issued will be resolved and the responsible team will communicate to me. On 20th august, when i spoke to customer care executive regarding the status. I was informed it will take 5 more days. I again raised complaint regarding refund to escalations. I was again replied back my issued will be resolved and the responsible team will communicate to me. Today 23rd august, still no response / clarification or refund Was this information helpful? | |||
