[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — flipkart product return but ews warranty does not | |||
I would like to know what should i do to get my money back from jeeves india (An extended warranty provider). Background: i have purchased a television from flipkart and during demo the flipkart technician asked me to take extended warranty for 3 years for better service. I have taken the same on same day by paying the money through my card. Within 7days we have found an issue with the television and after lots. Of effort flipkart was not able to resolve the issue so they took the tv back and refunded the amount. Now i have asked the jeeves india to cancel my extended warranty as tv has been returned, they were agree and asked the return status of tv and lots of documents, which i have sent over email. As they were asking documents and not providing the expected date of refund i called many times and finally on 30th october 2019 i have received email that money will be credited to my account in 7-8 working days, which is not happened yet.
