Jeeves Consumer Services — gave my phone for repair and don't receive even after 10 working days | |||
My plan id jppoffk1132242, we have registered your claim with claim id ad[protected]. My phone screen was broken and had few software issue as it was under complete protection plan i raised request for jeeves for repair. They took rs.500 for service charges and took my phone on 26th sept from blue dart and they said in 10 working days they will return the mobile. Its been more than 10 days we have not received the phone. When we call the customer care those agent usha n other agents are giving false information. They are not giving accurate information, telling the same information about pick up date and repair date details. Spoke to sharan a manager he said he promised ill recieve my phone in 48 hrs on 9th of oct. We still dint receive so called on 11th of oct an agent telling its still under observation. Very bad service and want a replacement with new phone and need to complaint on cheating customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
