Jeeves Consumer Services — Handset misplaced from three months | |||
I bought a phone online from flipkart and got it insured there itself by jeeves with hsn/sac id 998599. My phone got damaged and i was told to give it to your delivery partner for repair which was picked up on 29th september after deposition of 500 rs for claim. It was then repaired and I received the dispatch details with tracking id JFOP[protected] for Ekart. 3 months have gone and i havn't received my mobile. I call at jeeves customer care and they always have the same reply" wait for two business " or sometimes they say wait for 7 business days. So this is the last time i am trying to settle the issue. Please resolve this with proper compensation or else i'll be forced to raise the issue on every social media platform and also consumer forum.
