[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — I already raised a complaint but not yet solved | |||
Sir, I claimed a insurance i. E (Real me 2 handset) on october 9 and they took the device on october 15. But later i get to know that, they wrongly claimed on iphone 6s. I discussed with them also and solved on around 20 october on the same day they said, surely we will deliver the realme 2 within 48 hours. Still we didn't got any call from them. Whenever iam calling they're simply saying that, wait for 48 hour, but around 2 months completed. I called to them 20 to 30 times but they are singing the same song "wait for 48 hours". Iam really upset with the flipkart jeeves. Whether they are giving the refund or not.. I never seen this type of service. I completely believe in you, please solve the issue and let them deliver my device as soon. I didn't got any call from flipkart jeeves Was this information helpful? | |||
