The TV that I ordered from Flipkart was delivered on June 25th. The date of installation as given in the Flipkart app was June 25th that was later shifted to June 28th. But I haven't received any updates from the people concerned regarding the date of installation. It's a terrible experience running from post to pillar for any updates. But I am sorry to let you know that it was done thrice so far. Haven't had any positive updates regarding the issue. We don't even have a phone number to contact the people concerned. It would be great if I as a customer receives a confirmation from the people in charge of Jeeves services regarding when the service engineer/technician is going to show up. It's unfortunate that this happening.
