Jeeves Consumer Services — IFFALCON TV - Complaint unresolved - please initiate refund | |||
Dear Sir/Madam This is regards to complaint number : 4892910. Registered Mobile Number : [protected]. I purchased IFFALCON TV from Flipkart along with Complete Protection Plan from Jeeves. Attached are the invoices for the same. I started facing two issues since 31st Dec 2020 post system update and I registered a complaint with Jeeves Complete Protection. Even after more than one month now still the issue is unresolved. Two issues observed are 1) TV's speakers stopped working and sound started coming from ear phones jack. 2) TV taking lot of time to start Below are the chronological events happened since then. 31st Dec, 2020 : Called up Jeeves customer care at 9 pm however it works only till 6:30 pm so couldn't get through registering the complaint. 01st Jan, 2021 : Called up Jeeves customer care at 10 am however it was closed due to holiday being 1st day of year. 02nd Jan, 2021 : Called up Jeeves customer care and could registered a complaint. 04th Jan, 2021 : No response so called up customer care again to follow up. 05th Jan, 2021 : Technician visited, checked and found out latest software update has created issues mentioned above. He said he has to downgrade the software and for that need to get software fix in pen drive. 07th Jan, 2021 : Technician visited and tried to fix the issue with no luck. He mentioned he has to replace the mother board of TV which he will order and once received he will come back. Technician visit was rescheduled to 09th Jan, 2021. 09th Jan, 2021: Technician visit rescheduled to 12th Jan, 2021. 12th Jan, 2021 : Technician visit rescheduled to 14th Jan, 2021. 14th Jan, 2021: I called up Jeeves customer care to follow up on case. Technician visit rescheduled to 15th Jan, 2021. 15th Jan, 2021: Another technician visited and found out first technician didn't order mother board so he ordered it on 15th Jan, 2021. 25th Jan, 2021: No updates so I called up customer care refund however it was rejected. 27th Jan, 2021: Called up customer care for refund however it was rejected. 01st Feb, 2021: No updates till this date. Technician visited to replace mother board. He replaced it however it created another issue of screen flickering which was not there earlier. He concluded faulty mother board received. I suspect it was not new but some old mother board was given to me. Checked installing old mother board and screen issue not found. So far have gone through annoying and frustrating experience with Jeeves with no results. I don't want to wait for another faulty mother board to receive for another 15-20 days so I hereby request you to start refunding purchase amount. I completely lost trust on false promises given earlier and also don't believe any further that I will get genuine mother board. So request you to start refund process. Please please consider this request on urgent basis. I have already waited for more than one month and gone through pathetic experience. Regards Sameer Golam. any update please? it's been more than a month and two times new mother board was ordered. I dont want service now. Please refund the money asap.
