[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — installation not done on time | |||
I bought a mi tv from flipkart. It was delivered on 2nd oct 2019. The installation was scheduled on 4th oct 2019 but due to some issues i rescheduled it to 3rd oct 2019 which jeeves has confirmed but the technician did not come and the same happened on 4th oct 2019 too. The customer care executives are misleading me every time when i call them saying the technician is unavailable in your area. They are making false commitments. When i spoke to jeeves kolkata they told me enough technicians were available in your area but we could not do anything as flipkart had not yet registered your installation. So basically flipkart and jeeves are misleading & harassing me. I am helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||
