Jeeves Consumer Services — issue with non installation of product | |
Dear sir/madam, I have purchased flipkart perfect homes andes engineered wood 3 door wardrobee (Order no. Od[protected] and i received the product on 14.11.2019. The installation was scheduled on 15.11.2019 by your service partner jeeves consumer services, but it is sad to mention that am still waiting for the product to be installed. The jeeves consumer services engineer has not yet installed my product and am continuously in contact with the customer care of jeeves consumer services and every time they are giving an excuses and making the commitment that the installiation will be done by today, but installation still pending. The service engineer details that has been provided is so unprofessional that when am trying to contact him he is not even bothered to pickup call (Name of the service engineer is rupesh bhivapukar contact no.[protected]) and he himself not even tried to contact me and inform me of any issue. Even in my opinion the service partner jeeves consumer services are so irresponsible and it is not the first time am writing to you it happened in the past too.
