Jeeves Consumer Services — issue with refund post to defective tv pick up by jeeves team | |||
I have purchased a led tv with jeeeves extended warranty from flipkart in june 2019 My tv display got dull, upon then i have a raised a complaint to jeeves and they said that it is not repairable and suggested me with refund option. I have accempted the agreement and then they picked my tv on july 21st 2020 but till now i dint get the refund yet. Please help me out on this. It seems it is purely irresponsible from jeeves end.
