I have placed a request for TV technician on Friday (22 Sep'2021) and was committed that the technician will be reached within 48 hours. However, till yet no technician or call from the service team received it. I have called more than 4 times in jeeves customer care and face a horrible response from CC advisor (all are rude, arrogant and not professional) not willing to answer correct resolution and not ready to transfer the call to next level. That's very shocking, how a company could be so irresponsible, who is taking advance payment in the name of extended warranty but not willing to resolve the issue. I think its a kind of fraud and looking for a proper response from Jeevs team or else suggest me to how to proceed legal.
