Hi Jeeves team, Can you also check how many times the same reply is received from your side. Every time I ask for the update I get only this response. I need to know the proof for how many times you have contacted the concerned team. I am frustrated by your support and solution. Over 38 days I am waiting for a solution. I need this to be escalated and get this done today. If not I am going to complain about this in all the forums. Every time I contact the customer care I am getting various update every time. I believe the meaning of ASAP means within hours or a day or two, defined not a month.You are wasting time every day of my work.
