Jeeves Consumer Services — my device refund not received | |||
I brought asus zenfone max m1 pro from flipkart with jeeves' full mobile protection policy. Unfortunately, my device was fallen down from my hand and didn't restart again. So i applied my claim under jeeves' policy. Claim id - ad[protected] Plan id - jppoffk1371826 Jeeves team picked up my device on 14 may 2019. I called and mail jeeves customers care many times, after one month they told me that your mobile has not been fixed so we will give you an 80% refund of your device amount. I sent the necessary documents to jeeves on 16 jun for the refund process. But still, i didn't receive any refund amount from jeeves. Thereafter i called and mail to jeeve's protect but there is no positive response from the jeeve's team. Kindly review and look into this matter. I I register my complaint at Jeeves company at 16th of August 2020 now today is 2 October 2020 44 days are over after my complaint but still I don't get solution the technician visit at our home at 17th of August and say me that it is a part pending case after that 43 days are completed but I don't get a refund as well as my TV is not get repaired
