Hi, i bought a VU 40 inch TV on flipkart with Jeeves extended 2 years warranty on Nov 14th 2018. Complaint raised date: 12th Sep 2020 Jeeves techinician came to my house on 19th Sep and told that Mother board is not working, he will raise a request for spare parts, which will be replaced before 22nd Sep. When i called Jeeves customer support they told that spare till not received and the ETA is normally 20 days. And if spare part is not received, they will raise a refund request within 8th- 12th Oct 2020. Now I have been calling them every day to get an update, and everyday I hear the same thing that the part is not available, and that is all they know. I dont have a proper date on which my TV would be repaired or my refund would be processed. This is now getting really hectic. Could you please help me with this ? Was this information helpful? | |||
