Jeeves Consumer Services — No Demo Has Given and Some Inexperienced Man Came In Place Of The Assigned Technician During Installation

PINTU KHAMRUI, the technician, was assigned to give us demo in Kolkata circle but he sent an Inexperienced man (I don't know whether he is a Jeeves Staff). He does not have any idea about refrigerators. He didn't give any demo or information. He was very cold and spent hours by calling other stuff asking for the Password of PINTU KHAMRUI.

These employees are hampering, harming the goodwill of Flipkart and Jeeves itself.
I want another demo on the refrigerator I bought from Flipkart. Please provide me a demo
