Jeeves Consumer Services — no proper response from jeeves and delay in service | |
I have purchased mi led smart tv 43 inch from flipkart last year and as a joint partner of flipkart i took extended warranty of 2 years from jeeves. I think that is a big mistake i ever did. I raised service repair on 27 oct 2019 and my suffer started. First of all technician was visited on 29 oct. Then he told a pcb needs to be replaced and it will take 10 to 15 days max to resolve. But i dont know why jeeves guys place my order on nov 2nd i. E. Another 3 days delay. Anyhow on 16 nov they told to be resolved. When i called they told part is arrived and by 18th technician will be assigned and will fix. That did not happen. When i called on 19th, another story they make that part is not yet arrived. What the hell jeeves guys doing. They simply cheat people. No proper resolution nor exact information they provide. Just because of tie up with flipkart i thought it will be good service but it's worst. I have to think legal way to make it done or refund or replace my tv. Was this information helpful? | |
