Dear officer We had purchased mi tv thru flipkart during diwali season on 5th and installed on 6th during installation we purchased stand and v-gaurd stabilizer and wall mounted stand from you. Also taken extended warranty. But on no. Of times follow with jeevees call centre received only extended warranty invoice thru mail. As per your technician mr. Rudra shankar had confirmed that "v-gaurd & for stand the invoice will be given by hand by him but till date we didn't get." we called him many times to his mobile no.[protected], but he always inform that will bring but till date he turned up and lastly he is saying complaint on me no issues. Also when called for extended warranty invoice also informed your call centre but no use it. How you keep this type of irresponsible technicians and how you running. Don't you think that will not get you bad name on services. How lazy they respond if customer talks hard advising to complaint. Is this way of proving service. Then don't sell products do only service and go. Could you respond fastly and see to handed over the invoices asap. Its already 50 days completed.
