Jeeves Consumer Services — not received mobile after repaired | |||
I have purchase mobile from flipkart and also taken insurance protection from jeeves consumer services (P) ltd. After 1 month there was liquid damage so there team took the mobile from my place. Now they are saying after repair the mobile has been dispath but i have still not received back. It has more then 15 days. I have mailing since 15 days but no response at all. I have call many time but there also no response. Pathetic service. Please dont take there fraud schemes. Also dont buy from flipkart. They are also dont listening. It's been more than 2 days now.The Installation has not been done yet, I tried calling the concerned person but he keeps rejecting my calls(PS I ordered from Flipkart and the installation was supposed to be done within 48 hours of delivery of product)
