Jeeves Consumer Services — not responding to my complaint | |
Since 7 days i was following up with jeeves to register a complaint and service my tv which is still under extended warranty for 2 more years. Escalated 5 times in 7 days, still no response from them. Every time they are saying wait for 24 hrs, yours issue will be addressed. I am fed up with this service. I tool extended warranty of 2year for my mi tv.
one line is coming on the screen for which i raised a complaint with jeeves.
i raised this complaint (complaint number: cljp[protected]) on 4th nov and till now i might have made 10 to 15 calls to them, everytime they keep saying wait for 24 hours, trust me, believe me this time it will be resolved.
But next day same story repeates. They said they have escalated to the concerned department but that also no use. and i requested for call back from their team multiple times, nothing helped me. Still my issue is in pending stage.
Some times they tell that service person updated saying that he attended the service. but infact no one called me and no one came to service my product.
This is frustating and irritating.
Even after paying this much money, not getting the proper service.
I dont understand where to complaint on this jeeves.
next time i dont want to take any products on flipkart but this time how do i solve my problem with this jeeves?

Escalated 9-10 times in 5 days, still no response from them. Technicians were assigned but they are denying to service my TV and some were not responding.
Every time they are saying wait for 24 hrs, yours issue will be addressed.
I am fed up with this service.
