1.i have taken iffalcon tv and taken extended warranty from jeeves
2. My tv was not fucntioning hence given to jeeves for repair, they sent an sms stating that the tv cannot be repaired, we will process refund for the product for an amount of Rs 22399.3 after deducting the depreciation.
3. For that i have send my bank details and all required details to them on 22 april 2023 .
4. Till now refund has not been credited to my account.
5. Whenever iam calling customer care they are asking me to wait for another 8 business days.
6. Please resolve my issuse. Inspite of taking extended warranty by paying extra amount and by sending my tv to them, they are still not refunding my amoutn.
