I had purchase a phone from Flipkart on 26th August 2022
Please find the timelines as below:
My phone slipped and the screen was damaged, I raised a claim on Flipkart and was directed to Jeeves.
20th June 2023
Phone picked up
23rd June 2023
After collecting my device they forwarded a mail saying the same has been repaired and would be delivered shortly
28th June 2023
Wrong phone returned with IMEI number: [protected], also phone is locked, had to visit nearest store to get the IMEI number. (attached photo)
2nd July 2023
Sent a mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in with images of wrong phone received.
Mail received that it would be investigated in 2 business days.
I have called on the customer care numbers, and even after being unable to provide a resolution, customer care executives have said they will connect with a senior or concerned team and disconnected call and still continue to do so.
My most recent call was with Mr. Yashwant.
My experience with Jeeves was extremely poor, i am also unable to use the given phone as it is locked.

They request for more time, but give no definite timeline that issue would be resolved by.

I had got a call from Mr. Andrew, from Flipkart regarding this case, please note that they requested a service denial letter or the wrong phone job sheet ( job sheet for [protected] ). from Jeeves.
I would like my phone back, duly repaired and in working order.
