Ít is been a very bad experience with jeeves regarding my vu tv defect.

I raised a complaint on 13th august 2020 and i got mail confirmation on 13th august 20 that my claim is registered.

After that i tried several times to get your customer care regarding technician visit but every time i got the same answer that technician will visit within 48 hours.

Finally after several requests one technician mr. Pankaj rajbhar visited my place on 16th september 20.
As my tv defect is an on / off issue he just saw and told me that one part is damaged and needs to order the same then only this defect will get rectified.
He just left my place within 3-5 minutes.

On 21st september 20 i again called customer care regarding the status of my complaint.
She told me that sir almost 28 days over from your request, as per policy after 30 days of complaint you are eligible for below two options

1. 70% of the invoice value of your tv as a refund or
2. Same brand new tv with the same configuration

Also she told me that part is not yet ordered.

Again i called on 24th september 20 (Today) to customer care regarding the status of my complaint. I was very much surprised that the customer care executive told me please wait for 7 more days for the part then we will resolve your problem.

Experiencing a very pathetic service from jeeves.
