I would like to know what should i do to get my money back from jeeves india (An extended warranty provider). Background: i have purchased a television from flipkart with extended warranty for 3 years for better service. we have found an issue with the television and after lots. Of effort flipkart was not able to resolve the issue so they took the tv back and refunded the amount. Now i have asked the jeeves india to cancel my extended warranty as tv has been returned, they were agree and asked the return status of tv and lots of documents, which i have sent over email. As they were asking documents and not providing the expected date of refund i called many times and finally, on 06th Nov 2019, i have received email that money will be credited to my account in 7-8 working days, which does not happen yet. jeeves is not returning my refund money.
I purchased TV with extended warranty and product got issue for which they said they will refund the money.
They came home and took the product 4months back but till now they have not did refund.
almost i called to the customer care and sent emails more than 70 times, everytime their reply is same that concerned team is working on this issue.
till now i have not got the refund
