Jeeves Consumer Services — Refund not get after 4 months | |
I bought an A.C from flipkart on april 2019 and took extended warranty from jeeves. My A.C. was not working so i registered mg complaint to jeeves on 1st sep 2020 but they were unable to resolve my issue with in a month and according to their policy if they will not resolve issue in a month either he will replace the product or refund 80% money on MRP . After so many mail and call they uninstalled my product on 9th january 2021 and took my product back and said i will get my refund with in 8 days but now it has more than 1 month and still i did not get my refund. I continuously mail and call him but every time they just say give me 2 days to resolve your issue but they are not resolving . Was this information helpful? | |
