I purchased a phone on flipkart with Flipkart mobile protection (Jeeves) plan which covers accidental damage in oct 2020. In march 2021 mobile got damaged accidentally. I applied insurance or refund in Jeeves. They picked my phone and checked. And told that its not repairable so 70% amount will be refunded. From April 2021 to till they never refund a single rupee even after frequently follow up. Pls help. Was this information helpful? | |
