Jeeves Consumer Services — regarding installation of my new home full tv entertainment unit | |||
I have purchase homefulltv unit from flipkart & it's delivered on 9 oct. After that installation not from jeeves company. First appoint for installation was 11oct. After that it's reschedule on 12oct. Nobody come. Again rescheduled on13oct but nobody come. Again reschedule on 14th but still nobody come. Daily called 6 to 7 times jeeves n flipkart but my problem not resolved.. I think they are not serious and not aware how w i suffer.. Every time they given date but problems not resolved.. Pls help. Jeeves will only take the money in the name of flipkart, jeeves never provide any claims for extend warranty or theft protection . Jeeves is big fraud company in India, before purchase any warranty or protection from Jeeves .
