I purchased a TV from flipkart on 2nd November and while during its delivery, the jeeves technician suggested to purchase extended 1 year warranty plan and I did by paying him the money using UPI amounting approx Rs.900. The TV was faulty and replaced. But the replacement was also faulty so it was returned. I contacted jeeves for which was very hard to get to because the customer support is totally useless. I got a mail from them and sent required information in a mail as needed. Its been 2 months and no refund. They are just sending same template mails all the time whenever I ask for the status. I want full refund for the same. at the earliest. Providing number listed on their site is useless. The attached photo shows invoice of the extended warranty which also shows the number [protected], to be contacted for any issues. On calling it, it says the number does not exist.
