Jeeves Consumer Services — sim tray missing | |
I bought asus zenfone max pro m1 (Blue 64 gb) from flipkart with one year protection plan. So when i got my screen damaged i called jeeves and paid 500 rupees and then handed over my phone for repair. After repair when my phone was handed over to me i found that the sim tray was missing. Then promptly i called jeeves customer care and they said to mail a pic with the issue to jeeves protect. Now its been 22 days and i am not availed with any information about my sim tray and for the same reason i am unable to use my phone. Was this information helpful? | |

My phone is stolen by theft at 29th of jul 2019 and I claim my mobile protection but still this date no feedback is given by jeevees, the customer care say we provide link on your mail id and he provide the link but when I m trying to upload my documents and send mail that shows send mail is faild you can't send the mail on that mail id
