Jeeves Consumer Services — Spoiled my VU TV in the name of rectification | |
I have extended my VU TV warranty for 2 years from Jeeves, If any issue is raised they should fix or replace or refund. In the name of fixing the issue, they have collected my Tv and kept it for 20 days which should be more than 15days as mentioned in terms of maximum servicing time. Without resolving and issue and a bonus, they increased the issue and given back to me saying the TV was fixed and the ticked was also closed mentioning the issue fixed. Tomorrow my warranty is going to end so far I tried to reach out for a replacement or refund no one is responding if anyone responds, they are again asking me to give my tv for fixing. I think they are planning to completely spoil and give it back. Don't go for Jeeves extended warranty at any cost for your appliances. it's a waste of your money.
