I have taken two year extended warranty policy for my thomson led smart tv b9 102 cm which will expired on[protected]. The tv is not working and case has been raised with jeeves on 05th march-2020. The service engineer visited on 06th march and informed that the hardware of the tv is having issue and jeeves will replace it within 1 week. I followed up with jeeves for almost 1 month and they confirmed on email on 03 apr-2020 that they will refund the money within 7 days. Now it's more than 1 month i am waiting for the refund. Whenever i am calling them they are just informing that they will update in 2 days. Looks like they are unwilling the provide the refund. jeeves is only making fool of customer plese dont take protection plan from flipkart, from 2 months i m calling to jeeves but no one is giving the resolution its fake company only making people hassel
