Hi All, I have taken an Extended warranty for my Mi LED TV from flipkart now I have issue with tv display For this issue I raised a claim on 22 Sep, 30 Oct 10 nov every time my ticket got cancelled with not able to connect with me even I didn't received any call from their end. Form last 70 days I am following up with them but till now no resolution till now I called their customer care 40 time but no updates fromm them. No technician visited me till now. Everytime they cancelled my claim ticket with reason not able to connect to customer. I provide them them my alternative number but sill they cancelling ticket with same reason.
