[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — TV gave for repair 2 months done no update | |||
Representative took the TV from home in June 28 issue is running last 2 months but no update on this. What worst support you people providing when ever I send a mail simply saying 2 business will update almost 30 business days completed but no response still sending the same template. Still you are saying escalated the issue requires 2 business days.
Since 2 months you people sending the same email.
Do you people have any idea to resolve the issue.
