[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — TV repair | |||||
I have purchased an Thomsan tv through flipkart on[protected] with 3 years extended warranty, in the month of sep 2020 i became faulty, I called the customer service on [protected], They said they have registered a complaint and with in 2 to 3 days technician visited my place and checked, he confirmed that its a panel complaint it needs to be replaced he will be doing it in few days, but after that i didn't get any reply and when i called that technician he is not picking my call so i called customer care on [protected], they said they have ordered the faulty part and it will reach within 15 days if not they will replace it with a new TV. I have waited for more than 20 days but no replay again reached the customer care, they said they can't arrange the spare, they will be replacing the tv again asked to wait for another 15 days, i was waited for more than 15 days but no response, from the month of OCT to till now i have contacted customer care several times but every time i get the same answer are " we will be escalating the issue and it will be resolved in 1 week" Till now so many weeks passed but my tv is not repaired yet, till now so many escalation raised but no use. In between i frequent get missed call( just 1 ring) from an unknown number when i check in truecaller it shows Flipkart customer care and after that missed i used to receive a text msg saying we are unable to reach you will contact you tomorrow, like this i received continuously for few days and one day i get an another msg saying your request is closed and new request was raised another technician visited again and said the same and its again the same story repeats Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Digital Combo FSN: DLCFGVDWZGBU59ND HSN/SAC: 998599 Invoice Number # EAAAAB[protected] Registered mobile number: 9940***463 Name: Gowtham Was this information helpful? | |||||
