Jeeves Consumer Services — TV repair not done over 30 days, not providing replacement/refund as per terms and conditions | |||||
I have made a complaint about my TV(under extended warranty) not being working on 6th of July. Same day, inspection happened and i was told that the panel needs to be replaced. The TV was picked up for service few days after. But after that, there has been no further update, every-time I give a call I am told its still under "Panel Repair Status", and i need to wait for 7 more days. This continuous cycle of "7 day wait period" is going on for last 20 days. Now that 30 days are over and the product is still not serviced back, as per the Terms and Condition from Jeeves, I am entitled for a "replacement/Refund". When i am asking them to initiate that process, again I am told to wait for 7 more days till they can provide any confirmation. When i asked the agent(Neeraj) to transfer the call to some senior agent, he clearly mentioned there is no such option to escalate and i don't have any other option but to wait for 7 more days. This is really going nowhere, I am sure when i call them again after 7 days, i would be asked to wait for another 7 days. I have elderly parents at my house, who were very much dependent on television, and now they are without one for over 1 month. Was this information helpful? | |||||
