Jeeves Consumer Services — unacceptable delay in service. not giving my mobile back. | |||
I brought asus zenfone 5z from flipkart with jeeves' full mobile protection policy. Unfortunately, my device was fallen down in water. So i claimed for liquid damage protection. So i applied my claim under jeeves' policy by paying inr 1500. My claim id - ad[protected] Plan id - jppoffk1648213 Jeeves team picked up my device on 5th jun 2019. It has already passed 36 days. I called jeeves customers care many times, after one month they told me that your mobile has not been fixed yet and says to wait 48 hours on every call. This is my primary phone. I’m in trouble. I had registered my complain in July to repair my damaged phone and for this I had again pad 500 bucks.. But still I am waiting for your service.. Is this a joke to Harrase your customer..
