(1) As per Order ID: OD[protected] Dated:[protected] I had purchased a T V set, Vu 140cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV with 1 Year Vu Domestic Warranty. (2) At the time of purchase I also bought an Extended Warranty for 2 Years by Flipkart Protect vide Order ID: OD[protected] Dated:[protected]. (3) While asking for service for the TV which stopped functioning now, I had requested Vu TV to repair same under the extended warranty issued by you. (4) They asked me to approach you. (5) I contacted your helpdesk who wanted me to send invoice copy, E W order, and Aadhar to an address extendedwarranty (at) jeeves(dot) co(in) (6) After having waited for 3 days and not getting even an acknowledgement I again contacted you. (7) At first they said they are deputing an Engineer today but not seeing the Engineer I again called (8) I was then told that the details has to be furnished to claims(at)jeeves (dot) co(dot) in (9) I was misguided so many times that I have lost my confidence in your organization and even feel why I should have taken the Extended Warranty.
