Purchased a TV ( VU) 43 inches in June 2020 through flipkart vide invoice number- FADZYH[protected] dated[protected] and also complete protection plan for 3 years for Rs 1499 vide receipt number EAAAAB[protected] dated[protected] of Jeeves consumer services Private Limited. My TV was damaged and I was informed that TV would be replaced. on 11 th of Jan 2021 . Since I didn't receive any further information in that regard, Today I was informed that a refund would be initiated and in this regard they have already sent a mail on 13th of Jan which I regret I have not received from any one till now. Humble request you to please help me get the refund asap if replacement is not possible as confirmed when i spoke to customer care today evening on [protected]. I am enclosing a copy of cancelled cheque, invoice copy of the product ( VU TV) and invoice copy of complete protection plan. Please confirm by when the refund would be initiated and the amount would be credited in my account. I will be more than happy to provide any further information you may need in this regard.
