Jeeves Consumer Services — Washing Machine not repaired within warranty and not refunding the amount | |
I bought MarQ washing machine in flipkart with an extended warrenty of 2 years. as per the agreement Jeeves should repair my product in case of any issues with in warranty. i had an issue and raised a complaint on june 21st 2021, there is no resolution yet. customer care is least bother about my concern. and now as TAT got over requesting for refund of my amount but they are not ready to give that. what is the point of having extended warranty.
