Jeeves — TV not being repaired | |||
My VU TV is not working since 13 Jul 20. Since, it was in extended warranty, so I contacted Jeeves for the same. Today is 30 Jul 20, still no response. Escalated the issue through flipkart as well. They're (Jeeves) continuosly saying that they will send an engineer within 48hours. Still no action. My claim ID at JEEVES is CLJP[protected]. Additionally, Sumesh Nair from Jeeves promised through email that they'll send a representative on 25 Jul 20. Still no response. Regards, Parth Was this information helpful? | |||
