Jehangir Hospital — Extra charges taken and not refunded on ask

I had a transaction on 15th April, first transaction of 900 got failed but got deducted from my end. I did another payment of 900/- on the same day.

As per bank, both the transactions are successful and credited to the hospital's account.
Please find the reference numbers below.

Highly responsible and rude staff.

This mail will be forwarded further to higher authorities as well.

I keep calling then and they keep my call either on hold or disconnect.

No refund status no enquiry nothing.

Too bad, atleast bother to respond. Shame on Jehangir staff.
