I had a transaction on 15th April, first transaction of 900 got failed but got deducted from my end. I did another payment of 900/- on the same day.
As per bank, both the transactions are successful and credited to the hospital's account.

I keep calling then and they keep my call either on hold or disconnect.
No refund status no enquiry nothing.
