Online redemption of edge reward points to covert my 1090 points into 218 jp miles is not possible due to the reason that it is online for name sake only, it is to be done through call center & call center people of both jet airways & axis bank are not at all lifting the call & even if lift hours together waste international call from qatar & finally disconnect after 90 minutes, i lost heavy money plus disappointment also. Mar 31, 2018 Updated by pashokshenoy kindly please solve the issue of online eDGE Reward points redemption into JP miles please. Call center people never help, waste time & our money only, from Qatar i lost heavy money 3 times to call the call center for redeem the eDGE reward points redeem to JP miles & after 90 minutes of continuous holding the line call center people simply cut the phone call from their side without any reply, it happened total 3 times.
