Dear Sir, I, H.L.Narania booked and purchased airtickets from your airline company on 14th November 2014 through M/s Tirupati Travels Jaipur, details are as mentioned below :- H L NARANIYA PNR[protected] Shanti Naraniya PNR[protected] Mithlesh Naraniya PNR[protected] Seema Naraniya PNR[protected] Shailendra Naraniya PNR[protected] I subsubmitted online request to [protected]@jetairways.com with a payment of Rs.1050/- on 10th April 2015 but there is no any airfare mentioned in the certificcertificate, due to that my claim reimbursement process kept in pending and a huge amount didn't paid by my organisation. I continuously requested to the [protected]@jetairways.com and [protected]@jetairways.com so many times but not a satisfactory reply received by me from them.
