I didn't get refunded of my 2 jet tickets

I booked 3 tickets with Jet airways

OHYNFF (2 passengers) Travel date: 9th Jun21
BKNIFW (1 passenger) Travel Date: 20th Jun21

From Kolkatta to Delhi

Date of booking : 6th April

Please refund my tickets as I would not like to travel due to Covid Pandemic situation.

This is regarding the refund on my Jet Airways flight which was booked for onward trip from Delhi to Kathmandu on[protected] through travel agent i.e. Tim Holidays. I earlier also had submitted the refund form request in the year 2019 but i did not received any response.
My booking details are as mentioned below-
1. Boking Ref No- FB0503CXLWTX WITH AIRLINE PNR DETAILS VG7HDQ ( DEL TO KTM) with FLIGHT NO AS (9W-Economy(O) 264 in the Name of Rajan Kumar Dhawan, Archana Dhawan and Saatwik Dhawan for INR 13390/-

2. Boking Ref No- FB0503IWPNU7 WITH AIRLINE PNR DETAILS WZY7BP ( KTM TO DEL) with FLIGHT NO AS (9W-Economy(W) 259 in the Name of Rajan Kumar Dhawan, Archana Dhawan and Saatwik Dhawan for INR 18292/-

Total for Airline cost is INR is 31682/

Can i know that when i can i get my refund back.

I called customer care on 02/03/2021 today, for some query.
This was regarding a purchase done in mid of Feb from Growels mall. I got a response to write an email and due to COVID there customer care is not operating.
My query is their outlets are open now and how come their customer care is not open due to COVID.
Can they update and give proper customer care service.

I am residing in Bagalur Circle, Hosur Taluk.Too many power shutdown is taking place in my area.Hours of powercut for atleast a minimum of 5 or 6 days in a month.Each power cut is atleast half a day.Since it is lockdown most o[censored]s are working from home on our computers & laptops.Frequent powercuts over long time, shutdown takes place on working days without prior notification, etc.Terrible power issues here.Kindly help resolve it

I am a resident of Buddha Ozone 3 Building, Behind Ostwal Heights, Kanakia Road, Mira Road (E). From the past few months, our building has been surrounded by a lot of stray dogs and some of them are so dangerous that they randomly start barking and running behind the residents. I request you to take note of the same and kindly resolve this issue at the earliest by picking up all the stray dogs in the area and the building so the residents can live in peace as this is a threat to life.

I have booked a flight tickets (Flight No. 9W-3530) from MakeMyTrip (booking ID - NF[protected]) Varanasi to Mumbai dtd[protected] for 3 persons but Jet Airways cancelled the flights and I am yet to receive my refund.

Due to this I have gone through Mental trauma, Mental Harassment & Depression.

As per MMT application for refund no. 589-[protected] it will be refunded on or before 12th Jan but every time new date given and no refund received till now.
Due to Panademic(Corona) I am going through bad phase so Please look into the matter refund my money as I am in need of money.

I booked air tickets on 7th March 2019 to date 15 June 2019 and 16 June 2019 from Bahrain to Mumbai and Mumbai to Kozhikode. The ticket amount is Rs.23120. But the flight cancelled. They informed that Amount will be refunded within Two or Three weeks. But I did not get the amount yet.

I booked my air ticket through Jet airways Website to Singapore and i still haven't received any refunds and i am not able to follow the link as given in the website. its been 19 months.

To whoever it may be.
I am writing this mail to escalate my case SR[protected] which was raised on 20th Oct, 2020 at around 4:00pm for ISP disruption.
The update was sent saying it will be fixed by 20th Oct, 2020 around 8:00pm however till 24 hours, it was not fixed and it was restored at 03:00pm on 21st Oct, 2020.
Again the same issue was seen on 22nd Oct, 2020 around 1:00pm and when i raised the complaint and reached to customer care, same usual answer was given that the switch link is down. If you know you have faulty switch in the area why are you not replacing rather than making us suffer.
When i asked for escalation on 21st Oct, 2020, it was informed at 11:15am that a call back will be done while i waited whole day, i did not receive any call.
When i reached customer care today, asking escalation and speak to supervisor, same answer call back and i know this is a scripted statement and there will never any call backs which will be done.
If the customer care people do not have answers or not able to speak, they just disconnect the call or put us in some blackhole where no voice is heard.
Requested for an escalation email address where this email id was provided where the response time is again 24 to 48 hours, i am relying on this service for do my office work.
when it comes to bill, even an hour delay causes disconnection and never anything is adjusted.
If proper service could not be provided and if as customer i have to be treated as a dog by your customer care representatives, do let me know so i can look for other alternatives and will share the same information in my organization to avoid the harassment from ACT.

I am not satisfied about my refund of my tickets .i had booke my ticket by ticket no[protected],[protected], for tow persons and paid amount of rs 1, 07, 600(rs onelakh seven thousand and six hundred only), and got refund after one year I.E of Rs 8, 552(eight thousan five hundred fifte two only), which is not satisfactory amount, i need details of my amount where you have deducted that much.

I was looking for websites with clickjack. I was shocked to see your jet airways website is also one of them. It shows that your website is vulnerable. So kindly taake required measures to rectify this....

My son booked a jet airways air ticket for travel from toronto to new delhi on 11th may 2019 through paytm. This ticket was abruptly cancelled by the airlines causing monetary losses to my son in two ways. He has not received the refund even after 15 months of the date of travel.. Secondly, he had to book another ticket with another airlines at the increased fare.

We have written many times to paytm customer care and even mr. Vijay shekhar, the owner of paytm and seniors authorities of jet airways but all our requests have fallen on deaf ears with no action so far.

Kindly help.

We had booked for international tickets for singapore travel.
Last year our flight got cancelled due to airlines shut the services.
We have contacted multiple times with our travel agent to check on the refund status, but there seems to be no update. Ticket numbers are 589-[protected]/ 589-[protected]/589-[protected]/589-[protected].
Travel agent clearly informed that they have not received any refund yet from airlines hence they will not able to refund.
